2019 Morris County 4H Fair

Chubb Park, Chester

Thursday, July 18th - Sunday, July 21st - various times

The Morris County 4-H Fair features animal shows, live music, performances and demonstrations, amusement rides, pony rides, hay rides, petting zoos, art exhibits, science projects, a cake decorating contest, a dress-a-pet contest, and fireworks.

Enjoy four days worth of exciting events, delicious food, family bonding, and supporting your local community.

The fair dates and times are:

July 18: 4-10pm
July 19: 10am-10pm
July 20: 10am-10pm
July 21: 10am-4pm

The Feast of our Lady Carmel Fair

Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Berkeley Heights

Through Saturday, July 20th - 6 pm- 10 pm

Our Lady of Mount Carmel is gearing up for its spectacular annual five-day Feast full of food, music, games, rides, fireworks, and other family fun in Berkeley Heights. 

Event will be full of family-friendly events, rides, food, tradition and fun. The big change this year from previous years is that the Fireworks Extravaganza will kick off this year’s events. The fireworks take place on Tuesday and Saturday.

Moonwalk at 50

Morris Museum

Saturday, July 20th - 11 am

Be part of the festivities to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 astronauts setting foot on the moon. Activities include a children’s craft, space science in BASF’s Kids’ Lab, a reflective ‘moonwalk’, and a special screening of the recent hit documentary, Apollo 11.

Egg Carton Model Ts

Fosterfields Living Historic Park

Saturday, July 20th - 2-4:30 pm

Get ready for Model T Day by designing and constructing your own Model T with egg cartons, buttons, and markers.

Cost: $6 per adult, $5 per senior, $4 per child age 4-16, $2 per child age 2 & 3, FREE per child under age 2.
